The entire idea of my website is to make your wellbeing not only inevitable,but very desirable.

It is a journey, a process,it is a continuing action.

On these pages of my newsletter I would like to share with all of you my perception of wellbeing based on my knowledge,experience,  continuing personal learning and personal actions.

To explore “wellbeing” I would like to concentrate on the 3  main  pillars  of wellbeing,intimately

connected:physical,emotional/mental and spiritual and their meanings.

From my point of view “total wellbeing”includes all those and they are impacting each other.

When we talk about physical health we think about physical fitness,strength. We think that people are

healthy in the absence of illness,injury,impairment

.Definition Of World Health Organization (WHO) is: Health is a state of complete physical,mental and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”

The definition doesn’t include spiritual well being,which is the most fundamental part  of wellbeing in my opinion.

“Spirit is an invisible force made visible in all life.” ~ Maya Angelou

If we are talking about “Total wellbeing” we are talking about wholeness.

We are always “whole”   because “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience.” ~ Teilhard de Chardin .

I would suggest that a  person  in a “wellbeing” status is a person who acknowledges his or her “authenticity” and is aware of his or her Power to create the desired life .

The term “authentic” means original and “genuine”. You are the only “You ” that has ever been.

Wellbeing through being”authentic” means functioning at the highest level of physical,emotional,

mental,spiritual wellbeing  possible for who we really are.

How do we achieve that?

There are 2 activities involved in embracing wellbeing.

First activity is physical fitness:eat  well and balanced,take the highest quality supplements,have

good sleep,move your body and breathe correctly.

Second activity is spirituality.Our spirit is empowered to shape and direct our physical self.

Even physical miracles are possible,because  of our spirit(remember we are spiritual beings) expressing

it’s purpose in the world .
