a result of the power of thoughts.

Understanding how the power of thoughts combined with
feelings will impact all areas of your well being is the first step in creating your reality.
You are what you think./what and how you eat does matter too/
What kind of thoughts do you have when you get up? Have you noticed that your feelings depend on the kind of thoughts you have?
If we agree that we are spiritual beings, then what we think is very important for us, because Spirit connects to Awareness of who we are and to the quality of our thoughts. Our thoughts, subconscious and conscious, create our lives.
We are in nonstop thinking process during daytime and sometimes at night.
Whether you are “conscious” of it or not, YOU think an average of 60,000 thoughts per day,that is ALOT of thinking.
So if you could be aware of the thoughts you have and choose them in alighment with your Higher Self, your Spirit in the Highest and Best way, you would be able to create the life you desire..
If we realized how powerful our thoughts are, we would never think a negative thought..
Situations that are coming into our experience are coming in response to our vibration of our thoughts and feelings.
You may believe that you are responsible for what you do, but not for what you think. “The truth is that you are responsible for what you think. What you do comes from what you think“
We know that everything in the Universe is of energy, including our physical body, our thoughts and feelings.
We radiate this energy according to our thoughts and feelings.
We attract in our lives what we focus on , what we want and what we think.
Words, either spoken out loud or voiced in thought form have an incredible effect upon our daily lives. If a “statement” is voiced enough times, this statement becomes a” reality “.
Think about words and thought forms that are in your use.
What do they mean to you, to your well being? Are they helping you to get what you desire or are they blocking you from getting it?
At any point during the day when ever you have a free moment –
catch yourself thinking. Pay attention to your thoughts.
If you are constanly thinking” I don’t have enough money,I cannot get promotion, I cannot loose weight” your subconscious mind matches these negative vibrations and you get what you state: no money, no promotion, no lost weight.
Ask yourself: “Does this thought make me feel better? Does it
Statements like “I cannot afford it , I am lousy with money, people use me, I am not worthy, I don’t deserve it, etc..” are roadblocks on your way to manifest your desires.
You may think that such statements occur because of the situation you or somebody else is in.
This is where the major shift in your thinking should take place.The reason you are in the situation you are is because of the predominant thoughts and beliefs established, attracting and creating the situation in the first place.
In order to stop creating the same situation over and over, the consistent self limiting thought process has to be changed and a different belief established which will attract the conditions and resources required for a different outcome.
Changing perceptions changes reality. “Think positive”, “Focus”, “Employ self discipline” and “Just make a decision” is great advice, but what if you just cannot seem to get there from here?
