Newsletter – Subconscious, conscious mind, physical body and Thetahealing
88% of our brain activity is controlled by our subconscious mind, though we use only 12% for conscious thought.
The conscious mind is compared to a word-processor. It is day to day decision maker.
An unique quality of the conscious mind is its ability to determine what is right and what is wrong, something that subconscious doesn’t do.
The subconscious mind is like the computer’s hard drive. It contains all of our memories, beliefs, habits, self images, personality.
It controls autonomic bodily functions.
The subconscious mind is in charge of memories and feelings.
The conscious mind is in charge of decisions.
Our body is like the computer hardware responding to the requests,
which are sent from the subconscious mind automatically.
The thought is expressed in electromagnetic brain wave/vibration.
When vibration is accompanied with emotion it becomes more intensive, then this intensified vibration is sent to subconscious mind, which plays the role of “hardware” which stores and immediately begins to act on the information received. Based on vibration frequency it matches them by attracting in relevant situations. That is why it is so important to become consciously aware of what your thoughts are attracting.
We can say that thoughts, emotions, feelings and physical bodies are synergistically connected.
Embracing well being to it’s fullest means Spirit, which is always within you, mind / subconscious ,conscious/ and physical body
working for You in the Highest and Best way.
- ThetaHealing™ is the healing system of the 21st century.
ThetaHealing™ makes profound changes in the person’s life by releasing negative thoughts and beliefs .
Our subconscious beliefs impact physical, mental and emotional reality, our wellbeing without a person’s knowledge. .
They can manifest physical or emotional conditions, addictions, depression and illness.
When belief systems, thoughts and feelings are changed, a healing is created in the physical body.
Science is now proving that physical conditions are linked to emotions and feelings held in the physical body.
During my medical practice I have been witnessing the direct link between patient’s emotions, feelings, beliefs and the outcome of medical condition.
By changing the beliefs, the physical conditions change.
