What to do to get ready for your consultation:

  • Wear comfortable clothing and remove any large pieces of jewelry or metals.
  • Drink lots of water and be fully hydrated. Have extra water near you.
  • Choose to sit facing North.
  • Block out 30-60 minutes free from distractions for the session.
  • Find a quiet, private area with a comfortable chair.

It is recommended to supplement your body cells with the best quality vitamins on ongoing basis, so you fully benefit from the healing.
